- Medicine Delivery: Order via WhatsApp by sending a valid prescription with name, address, contact, and landmark.
- Hospital Services: General outpatient and emergency care offered at our facility.
- Diagnostic/Lab Services: Blood tests, scans, and pathology services are provided through trusted labs.
All services are subject to availability and operational limitations.
3. Prescription Policy
All medicine orders require a valid prescription issued by a certified medical practitioner.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that:
- Appear fraudulent
- Lack valid prescriptions
- Contain restricted or controlled substances without proper authorization
4. Same-Day Delivery Policy
We aim to deliver medicines on the same day, provided:
- Orders are received before 5 PM
- Delivery location is within our service area
- Stock is available
Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, traffic, etc.).
5. Payments
Payment methods accepted include cash on delivery, UPI, and digital wallets.
Prices may vary based on availability, brand, and dosage.
Full payment is expected upon delivery.
6. Refunds and Returns
We follow strict guidelines as per the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and do not allow return or exchange of:
- Opened medicine strips
- Temperature-sensitive products (e.g. injections, insulin)
- Lab and hospital service payments, once rendered
Returns are only accepted in case of damage, wrong product delivery, or manufacturing defect — and must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
7. Privacy and Data Usage
Your information (name, phone number, address, prescription) is collected for service purposes only.
We do not sell, share, or misuse your data. All data is handled confidentially and stored securely.
WhatsApp communication is encrypted, but users are advised not to share sensitive information unnecessarily.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Delays caused by third-party delivery agents
- Reactions to medicines not disclosed in the prescription
- Misinterpretation of lab results or failure to follow medical advice
Users are responsible for verifying prescriptions and following dosage instructions from their doctor.
9. Service Modification or Suspension
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any service (temporarily or permanently) without prior notice, especially due to regulatory changes or health advisories.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
